Do you have vacant premises that you’d like to make available to Berlin’s art and culture scene? But you’re not sure how? Then let us help you rent them out! Since 2021, we have been the operator of the State of Berlin’s workspace programme. In addition to offering spaces for artists, we offer property owners support in developing cultural venues. We fit out spaces for artistic use; whether they are studios, rehearsal rooms or workshops, we know exactly how the spaces need to be equipped.
We then let the spaces to professional artists, who are selected by subject experts following a tried-and-tested allocation process.
Furthermore, through the funding programme, we cover part of the rent, meaning that the artists only have to pay a reduced share of the rent. Become part of the spatial infrastructure for artistic workspaces.
