Amy Harris is responsible for processing registrations and bookings for Kultur Räume Studios, as well as acting as the point of contact for our users. She is also responsible for data maintenance and strategic data management. A native of California, she studied music and literature at the University of California, Davis, and went on to complete a Master of Music at the Longy School of Music. She subsequently held various administrative roles at non-profit institutions such as Harvard Medical School and Stanford University.
After moving to Berlin, she applied her administrative, editorial and musical skills to the planning and production of classical music within the independent arts scene. She also performs on stage as a soprano, taking on leading roles in operas such as *Roméo et Juliette* and *La bohème*. Thanks to this dual role, she has first-hand knowledge of both administrative processes and the actual needs of artists.
“For me, art is not a privilege, but the very thing that holds our society together at its core. I want to use my experience to actively strengthen Berlin’s independent arts scene and to campaign to ensure that creative spaces in this city remain protected in the long term.”
