Since September 2023, Katarzyna has been responsible for optimising the allocation process in her role as Process Manager. In this capacity, she handles organisational tasks relating to the tendering of long-term studio spaces, coordinates internal and external deadlines and processes, and acts as the point of contact for artists throughout the application and allocation process. As a qualified art historian with several years’ professional experience in the worlds of art, film and theatre, as well as in e-commerce, she combines specialist knowledge and expertise with a flair for process design and organisation.
